JASON REESE
Jason is a former Winchester High School Lacrosse standout who helped lead his team to back-to-back state championship titles. In college, Jason turned his attention to weight lifting. He has since become an N.P.C. competitive bodybuilder, finding his true passion for fitness. Jason holds multiple certifications and is currently in pursuit of achieving a certification from the Paul Chek Institute of Golf, where he will become one of Boston’s elite trainers in golf. Jason trains a variety of fitness levels ranging from those new to fitness and exercise to professional athletes. Jason brings youth, enthusiasm, confidence, and dedication in making sure all of his clients have the best experience. He has a unique way of motivating his clients to be sure they reach their goals and instill fitness as a way of life.
Education/Experience: Northeastern University, ISSA Certified
Interests: Body Building, lacrosse, modeling, living an active lifestyle and working with charity events to encourage healthy lives.
