Revolutionize your diet with nutrition coaching!
Revolution Fitness offers nutrition coaching with a Registered Dietitian. With experience in clinical nutrition, exercise science, and counseling, a Revolution dietitian can create a personalized nutrition program for individual health and fitness goals.
A well-balanced diet is essential to maintaining health and wellness. Proper nutrition has the power to fuel workouts and aid recovery, but inadequate nutrition can inhibit performance. Whether your goal is weight loss or weight gain, nutrition and physical activity are equally important.
To ensure success, Team RevFit recommends that you meet with the dietitian for a minimum of three visits. The complete nutrition package includes three sessions in two hours. An initial comprehensive assessment is completed in 1 hour. Each follow up appointment typically lasts 30 minutes.
Total 2-Hour Nutrition Package: $200
Session 1: Full assessment, review of medical history, and creation of a customized plan
Session 2: Review of recent changes to daily routine and adjustment of plan as needed to suit lifestyle
Session 3: Discussion of long-term plans for healthy living and fitness
Each nutrition plan is individualized to meet your needs and fit your lifestyle. An interactive experience, the goal at Revolution Fitness is that our members find healthy, satisfying way of life.

Sarah Stockwell, MS, RD received her Master of Science in Nutrition from Boston University. Now a full-time clinical dietitian, Sarah is also a member of the SCAN dietetic practice group for Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition. A marathoner and yoga practitioner, Sarah is passionate about fitness and disease prevention. Sarah takes a whole-body approach to nutrition counseling, promoting a healthy body image for all of her clients. |
